Aug. 31

Noma Jean McPeak, 47, 5562 W. Swan Court, Claypool, sentenced for failure to stop after an accident and operating while intoxicated. On the first charge, she was sentenced to 180 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, to be suspended upon conditions set by the court. On the second charge, she was sentenced to two years in the Koscuisko County Jail, with one year suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court. McPeak’s driver’s license was suspended for two years.

Kursty Lea Fugate, 27, 1015 W. Third St., Ligonier, sentenced for forgery and for aiding/inducing/causing theft. On the first charge, she was sentenced to two years in the Kosciusko County Jail. On the second charge, she was sentenced to 1-1/2 years in the Kosciusko County Jail, with one year suspended, to be served on probation, upon conditions set by the court. These two sentences are to be served consecutively.

Aug. 13

Misty Dawn Warren, 37, 606 N. Thompson Street, Bourbon, sentenced for maintaining a common nuisance. She was sentenced to two years in the Kosciusko County Jail, with one year suspended, to be served on probation, upon conditions set by the court.

Alexander Quentin Alcala, 19, 3529 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, sentenced for forgery. He was sentenced to two years in the Kosciusko County Jail, with one year suspended, to be served on probation, upon conditions set by the court. He was also sentenced for probation violation. He was sentenced to 240 days in the Koscuisko County Jail.

Aug. 12

Kevin Jay Harris, 39, 2601 N. SR 13, Pierceton, sentenced for criminal conversion. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 335 days suspended, to be served on probation, upon conditions set by the court.

Aug. 10

Shane Andrew Timmons, 28, 602 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, sentenced for domestic battery in the presence of a child. He was sentenced to two years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for two years, to run consecutively to previous convictions.

Aug. 7

Matthew Stephen Murphy, 39, 10652 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, to be suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.
