Bradley A. Trostle, 29, of 497 Clinic St., Warsaw, was arrested Thursday by Warsaw Police, on a warrant stemming from an alleged drug deal last March.
Trostle has been charged with dealing in a scheduled I, II or III controlled substance, a class B felony. He is currently being held on $10,000 surety bond. The warrant was issued May 29.
According to affidavit of probable cause, on March 31 a member of the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force met with a confidential informant to arrange the purchase of prescription opana pills from Trostle. The informant was provided funds to purchase two opana pills, which were sold by Trostle for $20 each at his residence.
During the purchase of the pills, officers monitored the conversation between the informant and Trostle. The purchased pills were turned over to police and were determined to be a schedule II controlled substance.
