Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 7:03 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 200 block West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Phillip Owen Snyder reported a moped stolen. Value: $300.
- 9:12 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2100 block East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Julia Cerantes reported a Dish Network account was opened in her name.
