Area Accident Reports

8:51 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, South Front Street, Syracuse. Driver: Jeffrey A. Gehring, 39, Treasure Island Road, Union, Mich. Gehring believed he was driving his vehicle into a private drive at Polar Kraft Marine, went off the roadway and drove his vehicle onto the property of National Products, and drove 100 yards in the snow covered grass area causing damage to the grass and two black plastic drain pipes coming from the building. His vehicle became stuck in the mud. Damage under $750.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:51 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, East Center Street and North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Cassandra L. Bratten, 17, East Market Street, Warsaw, and Beth A. Roesner, 45, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Bratten’s vehicle struck the back of the Roesner vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

2:50 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, North Detroit Street and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Margaret A. Walton, 54, South Franklin Street, Mentone, and Ryan C. Naugle, 35, North Hunter Road, Campbellsburg. Walton struck the back of the Naugle’s semitrailer vehicle. Walton refused medical treatment. Damage up to $10,000.
