Sentencings

The following people were sentenced in a Kosciusko County court:

Peggie Lynn Hill, 26, 405 E. North St., Larwill, sentenced for theft. She was sentenced to one year in the Kosciusko County Jail, to be suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.

Olivia Morgan Gerber, 24, 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 364 days in the Kosciusko County Jail, with 360 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was suspended upon chemical test refusal.
Sharee Nichole Latta, 20, 3018 West Baseline Road, Albion, sentenced for dealing a narcotic. She was sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to be suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.
Scott Allen Powers, 38, 5875 S. West Channel Road, Warsaw, sentenced for operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to two years in the Kosciusko County Jail for the first count and to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail for the second count, to run consecutively. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Andre Lamar Jackson, 28, 310 Division St., Elkhart, sentenced for carrying a handgun without a license. He was sentenced to 365 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 275 days suspended and served on probation upon conditions set by the court.

Quinn Alexander Smith, 18, 2011 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 55 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
Amanda Lynn Heald, 23, 26 Sunrise Drive, Elkhart, sentenced for operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 56 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

Cory Alan Reid Conley, 23, 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, sentenced for two counts of burglary. He was sentenced to three years in the Kosciusko County Jail for the first count, with one and a half years suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. He was also sentenced to three years in the Kosciusko County Jail on the second count, with one and a half years suspended, to be served on probation upon conditions set by the court. His sentences are to run consecutively.

Debbie Ann Watson, 39, 308 Leslie Street, North Judson, sentenced for dealing a schedule I, II or III controlled substance within 1,00 feet of a public park. She was sentenced to six years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, to run consecutively to a previous sentence.
Caitlin Renee Ybarra, 28, 8215 E. Lake View Drive, Syracuse, sentenced for operating while intoxicated with a schedule I or II controlled substance in the body. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Kosciusko County Jail with 52 days suspended upon conditions set by the court. Her driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
