Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
2:31 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, Frontage Road and Access Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Elizabeth M. Malloy, 73, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw, and Justin T. Gray, 20, East Center Street, Warsaw. Malloy’s vehicle of cross traffic was blocked by a truck, thought the way was clear and pulled into the intersection hitting the Gray vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
