SYRACUSE — Taylor Collin Short, 23, 60760 Ashton Way, Elkhart, was arrested Dec. 15, on charges of battery, a level 5 felony, and battery, a class A misdemeanor.

Police officers then went to Freel, who advised when the fight broke out, she was pushed down, causing an abrasion to her right knee.
