Milford Town Marshal Rich Miotto stated two of the juveniles are 16 years of age, while the third is 14. The juveniles were released to their parents and information related to the incidents has been forwarded to the Kosciusko County Probation and Prosecutor’s Office for further review.

Miotto reported it is known the vandalism and thefts occurred the weekend of Nov. 7 and Nov. 14, several incidents may have occurred prior to those dates. The majority of the vandalism was damage to the vehicles. One vehicle sustained up to $2,500 in damages.

A few of the items taken in the thefts have been recovered: electronics and hunting equipment such as duck calls, and Blue Tooth. Keys were also taken from some of the vehicles, but have not been recovered.

Vehicles were not the only things damaged. The trio also vandalized mailboxes and solar yard lights.

Miotto reports the vandalism and thefts occurred throughout town and the vehicles were parked in private driveways. However, the vehicles were unlocked.
