MILFORD — A Milford woman is facing six charges relating to drugs.
Pamela S. McGreevy, also known as Pamela Parker, 49, 13276 N. 150E, Milford, was booked in the county jail at 6:48 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16. She is preliminarily being charged with dealing in a narcotic drug more than 5 grams, a level 3 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony; two counts of dealing methamphetamine, both level 4 felonies; and two possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felonies.
Her bond has been set at $20,000 surety and $250 bond.
Warsaw Police filed an affidavit of probable cause in Kosciusko Circuit Court on Nov. 17. In that document it states arrangements were made, in April, for an individual to purchase one gram of methamphetamine and 16 hydrocodone pills from McGreevy. Another individual was also involved in the selling of the drugs.
The buyer of the methamphetamine and hydrocodone pills met with McGreevy and purchased two bags of meth amphetamine and the pills for $130. However, McGreevy noted the normal cost would have been $120 for the meth and $30 for the pills. McGreevy had stated she would cover the difference and that 7 grams of meth had been picked up the day before.
Checking the purchase on the hydrocodone, it was found there were 14 pills instead of 16. A text message was sent to McGreevy regarding the shortage. A response was received stating the shortage would be made up.
Police obtained the drugs purchased, which verified it was hydrocodone and weighed more than 5 grams. The white crystal substance tested positive for meth and weighed 1.2 grams.
On June 2, another purchase was arranged via cell phone with McGreevy. This time it was arranged to purchase 4 grams of meth in exchange for $400. The purchase was to occur in Syracuse. The buyer met with McGreevy in her vehicle in a business parking lot, at which time the purchase transpired. McGreevy, after selling the meth, told the buyer the meth was in a cooler and she was purchasing more meth from a supplier.
The buyer left with the cooler that contained a black shirt and four clear plastic bags containing the meth. It was noted in the court document McGreevy had told the buyer she was having trouble finding the key to the lock box where the meth was kept. When the buyer tried to hand McGreevy the money, the buyer was requested to lay the money on the floor board of the vehicle. The purchase of meth weighed 4.8 grams.
