WARSAW — A fourth individual involved with the manufacturing and possession of meth has been arrested by police.
Malina Roberts, 20, 6216 S. 200W, Claypool, was booked in the county jail at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18. She has been preliminarily charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, one a level 6 felony, the other a class C misdemeanor.
Roberts arrests stems from an investigation and arrest of Steven Lindsey on Oct. 20, and later the arrest of Stanley Cripps and Vanessa Arnold earlier this week.
According to court documents filed Nov. 13, Roberts was present in the apartment after police made contact with her boyfriend, Cripps, who had given officers consent to enter and search the apartment where he was staying. Police found two bags near her bed she gave officers permission to search. Located in the bags was a broken glass smoking device with burnt residue, five cut straws, aluminum foil with burn marks and small plastic bag, which tested positive for methamphetamine.
The arrest and court documents were filed by the Indiana State Police.
