Isaac Franklin Sellers
WARSAW — A 22-year-old Rochester man was arrested Wednesday morning, Nov. 18, on a warrant for dealing heroin.
Isaac Franklin Sellers, 22, 1100 Park Road, Rochester, was booked on preliminary charges of dealing in a narcotic drug, more than one gram, a level 4 felony, and possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony. He is being held on no bond.
Court documents state around Feb. 28 Sellers sold heroin to another individual. Sellers met the buyer at his residence and then drove to South Bend where the drug was purchased. Sellers paid his dealer $1,200 for the heroin. The dealer provided Sellers with a brownish colored rock like substance stating he would need to break up the chunks. Sellers was given two grams and the buyer was given four grams.
While driving back to Warsaw, Sellers made arrangements to sell additional heroin to another individual. After arriving at the agreed upon location, Sellers was arrested. Official charging information, filed by Warsaw Police, was filed Oct. 27.
Officers searched Sellers and found two plastic bags containing the brown powdery/rock substance. The item weighed two grams.
