Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Sunday, Dec. 15, 4:34 p.m. Bruce Hyde Jr. reported theft of power tools from his home on Old Road 30 in Warsaw.
- Sunday, Dec. 15, 9:29 a.m. Ronald Poe reported a dog attacking another dog in a fenced in area in Claypool.
- Saturday, Dec. 14, 5:25 p.m. Traffic crash between United States Postal Service vehicle and a sport utility vehicle. Damages over $1,000.
- Saturday, Dec. 14, 12:01 a.m. Officers investigated a report of battery at 3700 block of Old Road 30. A suspect was later taken into custody.
- Friday, Dec. 13, 7:17 p.m. Monty Joe Lackey reported Christmas decorations at his home in Warsaw damaged.
- Friday, Dec. 13, 1 p.m. Amanda Brook Hamilton reported the theft of her wallet.
- Friday, Dec. 13, 4:36 p.m. Branden Collins reported the theft of video game equipment from his home in Leesburg.
Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Sunday, Dec. 15, 5:32 p.m. At 1800 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw, two suspects found with possible drug paraphernalia, and driver of vehicle operating with suspended license. An investigation is still underway.
- Saturday, Dec. 14, 8:08 p.m. Report of a violation of protective order at 300 block of 350 North, Warsaw.
- Saturday, Dec. 14, 7:52 a.m. Unknown amount of hard copper reported stolen from the Parkview YMCA construction site in Warsaw.
