Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
8:10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, Gilliam Drive, east of Deer Trail, Warsaw. Driver: Savina Kralis, 85, Gilliam Drive South, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.
1:43 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, North Detroit Street and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Brian C. DeGroff, 30, North Union Street, Warsaw, and Patricia F. Siri, 74, EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg. DeGroff looked away while slowing for the intersection and disregarded the traffic light and entered the intersection colliding with the Siri vehicle. DeGroff was cited for disregarding a traffic signal. Damage up to $10,000.
