Sunday, Dec. 1, 6:08 p.m. North 100 East near River Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Jo E. Matthews, 60, Deerwood Court, Warsaw; Dana L. Owen, 46, Deer Run North, Warsaw. Matthews rear-ended Owen. Damages: up to $10,000
Saturday, Nov. 30, 6:33 p.m. Old Road 30 near 450 East, Warsaw. Driver: Ted B. Heindselman, 56, 250 West, Columbia City. Driver struck deer. Damages: up to $5,000
Saturday, Nov. 30, 6:09 p.m. Country Club Road near Glee Miner Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Jenna L. Ross, 29, Dresdin Drive, Warsaw. Driver struck deer. Damages: up to $2,500
Saturday, Nov. 30, 10:36 a.m. Armstrong Road near EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Driver: Hector G. Solero, 85, EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg. Solero was unable to make the turn from Armstrong Road to EMS T25 Lane, and his vehicle left the road way. Damages: up to $2,500
Friday, Nov. 29, 3:34 p.m. Packerton Road near 1300 South, Warsaw. Driver: Theresa Onderko, 42, Fifth Street, North Manchester. Driver struck dog. Damages: up to $2,500
Friday, Nov. 29, 3:23 a.m. 150 West near 500 North, Leesburg. Driver: Darren L. Slabaugh, 18, 850 North, Etna Green. Driver struck deer. Damages: up to $2,500
Thursday, Nov. 28, 7:30 p.m. 900 South near 1000 West, Mentone. Driver: Margaret M. Benzing, 47, SR 19, Akron. Driver struck dog. Damages: up to $2,500
Thursday, Nov. 28, 6:19 p.m. SR 14 near 700 West, Silver Lake. Driver: Tamera K. Salmons, 47, Clayton Avenue, Fort Wayne. Driver struck deer. Damages: up to $10,000
Wednesday, Nov. 27, 7:32 p.m. 300 North near 350 West, Warsaw. Driver: Rito R. Olvias, 35, Old SR 15, Warsaw. Driver lost control on icy road and slid off roadway and collided with a NIPSCO utility pole. Damages: up to $10,000
Wednesday, Nov. 27, 6:11 p.m. US 30 near 8280 East, Pierceton. Driver: Michael D. Leach, 43, Setter Lane, Warsaw. Leach lost control of his vehicle on a patch of ice and slid off the roadway. Damages: up to $2,500
Wednesday, Nov. 27, 6:08 p.m. SR 15 near 800 North, Milford. Driver: Antonio Sanchez-Islas. Driver slid on a patch of ice, slid of the road and the vehicle flipped. Passenger Anna King was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for injuries. Damages: up to $5,000
Wednesday, Nov. 27, 5:12 p.m. Packerton Road near 550 S, Warsaw. Driver: Ruban W. III, 34, SR 114 East, North Manchester. Driver slid on icy road and flipped his vehicle. Damages: up to $5,000
Wednesday, Nov. 27, 5:08 p.m. Clearwater Drive near Blue Hearon, Warsaw. Drivers: Skyler A. Shenefield, 21, Clearwater Drive Warsaw; Carole L. Gast, 73, Clearwater Drive, Warsaw. Drivers unable to avoid a collision due to ice. Damages: up to $5,000

Sunday, Dec. 1, 4:19 p.m. Lake City Highway near Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Reynaldo Martinez, 58, EMS C19 Lane, Warsaw; Shane D. Owens, 39, 300 East, North Manchester. While attempting to make a turn, Martinez collided with Owens. Damages: up to $5,000
Saturday, Nov. 30, 12:46 p.m. 900 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Janice A Stayer, 67, 400 South, Warsaw; Linda K. Bradley, 52, Pointer Lane, Warsaw. Stayer backed into Bradley. Damages: up to $1,000
Saturday, Nov. 30, 10:45 a.m. Center Street near Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Caleb A. Carter, 18, Kinney Drive, Warsaw; Susie D. Barton, 28, 200 East, North Manchester. Carter ran a red light and collided with Barton. Damages: up to $2,500
