Brooke Sasha Natalie Espinoza
WARSAW — A 23-year-old woman has been arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor, a level 4 felony; and child solicitation, a level 5 felony.
Brooke Sasha Natalie Espinoza, 525 Sophia Lane, Warsaw, was arrested early Friday morning on the warrants. She is being held on $15,000 surety bond and $250 cash bond.
According to court documents, filed Aug. 16, Espinoza and Joshua Kats, who was arrested in May, had sexual relationships with a 14-year-old female in April, 2014. Espinoza stated Kats had been contacting the 14-year-old for approximately one year, but she was not aware of the exact age of the juvenile.
Kats is scheduled for a plea hearing at 9 a.m. Sept. 8, in Kosciusko Superior Court 1
A search warrant for a social media account held by Espinoza revealed conversations between Espinoza and the female over a several day period. The conversations were sexual oriented in nature. The conversation also included Espinoza’s concern over the juvenile’s age.
