Aug. 6
- Matthew Aaron Owens, 26, 3425 E. East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC .08-.14, resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle to flee, and public intoxication. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
- Kyle James Manning, 23, 1039 W. Jefferson Street, Plymouth, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600 cash.
- Elizabeth Kay stump, 33, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $500 cash.
- Elizabeth Noelle Oviedo, 22, 7503 W. 900S, Claypool, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond;: $600 cash.
Aug. 5
- Benjamin Nathan Lipp, 40, 4016 Beull St., Fort Wayne, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $600 cash.
- Raymond Jay Halsey, 25, 9485 N. SR 13, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth, theft, and strangulation. Bond: $100,000 surety.
- Heather Lynn May, 30, 1834 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for aiding/inducing/causing a felony and dealing a narcotic – enhanced and under 1 gram. Bond: $65,000 surety and $500 cash.
- Kyle J. Brooke, 27, 1205 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for burglary. Bond: $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
