According to Kosciusko County resident Darcey Vilamaa the accident involved a plow truck and a black SUV on SR 15 just past Symmetry Medical.
The back driver side window was broken. Traffic was backed up to the north on SR 15 and at the time of the photos there were no police or medical teams present.
This is just one of a number of weather-related accidents that have been reported recently. Anybody driving this evening is encouraged to drive slow and use extreme caution.
