6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, EMS T7 Lane, west of East CR 500N, Leesburg. Driver: Scott L. Anderson, 38, East Rue De Ville Road, North Webster. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.
6:16 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, North SR 13, north of East CR 800N, North Webster. Driver: Denise N. Simpson, 58, Alpenhord Drive, Comstock Park, Mich. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500
12:06 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, South Yellow View Lane, north of West Grimme Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Thomas R. Puckett, 27, South Yellow View Lane, Claypool. Puckett was backing a Budget rental van down Yellow View Lane, to a parking spot when the van rubbed against the driver’s side of a parked vehicle registered to Sarah E. Back, West Quail Road, Mentone. Damage under $750.
10:50 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, North CR 650W, and West US 30, Atwood. Drivers: Sidney R. Troyer, 18, North CR 300E, Warsaw, and Bruce A. Hope, 52, Shady Lane, Warsaw. Troyer went to turn onto CR 650W when her vehicle slid while making the turn hitting the back of the Hope vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
10:42 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, South SR 25 and West CR 100S, Warsaw. Drivers: Anatasha M. Hemmer, 17, South CR 450E, Pierceton, and Susan L. Sharp, 57, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Hemmer was unable to stop at the stop sign and struck the Sharp vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
10:22 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, South SR 25, south of South CR 600W, Mentone. Drivers: Eric D. Green, 27, Stephens Ridge Way, Antoch, Tenn., and Andrew R. Craig, 28, West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Green was southbound on SR 25 approaching a curve, when his vehicle began sliding. Green was unable to regain control, crossing the center line and hitting the northbound Craig vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, West US 30, east of North CR 500W, Warsaw. Driver: Donald L. Hobbs, 73, Hilmer Court, Fort Wayne. Hobbs was eastbound on US 30, reporting there was ice in both lanes of travel and the wind was blowing, causing him to lose control of his vehicle. The vehicle went off the north side of roadway, coming to rest on the passenger side of the truck. Damage up to $25,000.
9:16 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, South SR 25, west of South 600W, Mentone. Driver: Melissa S. Elpers, 21, East 14th Street, Rochester. Elpers’ vehicle slid off the roadway and down an embankment. Damage up to $2,500.

Officers with Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
9:13 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, West Fort Wayne Street, east of North Lake Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Alec N. Lee Haines, 17, Maye Street, Warsaw, and Robert O. Wilcox, 62, North Bobber Lane, Warsaw. Haines was southbound on Lake Street, came out of the curve and began to slow down to turn when his vehicle began to slide into the northbound lane. Haines’ vehicle struck the Wilcox vehicle, which had just pulled out to make a right turn. Damage up to $5,000.
6:32 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, Lake City Highway, east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Driver: Susan D. Raymer, 57, North Old Farm Road East, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.
6:58 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, North Lake Street, north of West Pike Street, Warsaw. Driver: Adam W. Booher, 31, East CR 700S, Claypool. Booher suffered an abrasion to his face. Booher was northbound on North Lake Street, drove over to far to the right, hitting a parked vehicle registered to William T. Alberding, Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Booher’s vehicle flipped over onto its side. He was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Damage up to $5,000.
4:57 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Candace J. Scott, 41, SR 10, Bourbon, and Joanie L. Foreman, 55, South CR 450E, Pierceton. Scott was backing from a parking space at Owens and backed into the Foreman vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.
4:02 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Julie R. Forks, 22, West CR 700S, Claypool, and Ashley G. Sue Schuh, 29, North Rebecca Street, Claypool. Forks was waiting to exit the Marsh parking lot, facing SR 15, when a driver stopped waiting in traffic on SR 15 waived for Forks to come out. She started out into traffic, noticed a vehicle coming. Forks put her vehicle in reverse and backed into the Schuh vehicle stopped behind her. Damage up to $2,500.
